By accessing and using the Sophiahotel website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Reservations
A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email with your booking reference number. Please review all details carefully.
3. Cancellation Policy
Standard Bookings: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged one night's stay. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled.
